Spring Semester 2010 is going to be an exciting time at the Institute for Digital Entertainment and Education! As always, we are currently looking for talented students to get involved! Please help us spread the word!

Every experience at IDEE is a great way to learn by doing and build your resume:

Employment Positions

Graphic Designer: We are looking for a student to help us develop interactive multimedia projects covering a variety of topics from criminal justice to teaching. This student will work with Flash developers and animators to develop graphics for educational websites and games. Please submit a portfolio or examples of design work when applying.
Flash Designer/Developer: We are looking for a student to help us develop interactive multimedia projects covering a variety of topics from criminal justice to teaching. This student will help develop educational flash games that compliment the video and text used in these projects.

Immersion Positions

For these positions we are looking for students from any major interested in earning credit for their involvement in a number of digital media projects.

Video Post-Production: students interested in post-production editing and video graphics for film, documentary and educational video work.

Feel free to apply even if you don’t have experience in the area listed – immersion projects are all about learning!

These immersion experiences are made possible through the Institute for Digital Entertainment and Education (IDEE) in partnerships with various BSU Colleges and Departments who provide permissions for a variety of credit opportunities. Before enrolling for an immersion course students are strongly urged to meet with their academic and/or departmental advisor to insure responsible enrollment .
